1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WahPanel you agree to be bound by these terms. The service is operated by Vlemon LLP doing business as WebsiteAndHost ("We", "Us", "Our"). WebsiteAndHost runs two independent product buckets: WahPanel (hosting control panel SaaS — the service referenced throughout this agreement) and WahPress (downloadable PHP + MySQL CMS, governed by its own license where applicable). If you are using WahPanel on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service responsibilities

We (Vlemon LLP / WebsiteAndHost) are responsible for the availability and operation of the WahPanel software-as-a-service control panel. You are responsible for your servers, your content, your applications, your user data, and compliance with all laws applicable to your content.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, phishing, malware distribution, denial-of-service, or content that infringes copyright. Violation results in immediate suspension and may trigger account termination at our sole discretion.

4. Billing & payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless required by law, refunds are at our sole discretion during the first 14 days. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace period before suspension. Billing is administered by Vlemon LLP.

5. SLA & uptime

Paid Business and Pro tiers include a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment. Excluded: scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party outages outside our direct control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach (abuse, non-payment, repeated terms violation).

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Total aggregate liability under this agreement is capped at fees paid in the most recent 12 months to Vlemon LLP / WebsiteAndHost.
